Overview of the role:
The Product and Pricing Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the product and pricing strategy by being the champion of the electric automotive mobility and being the true voice of the customer across the organization. Ensure a successful introduction of the Electric Mobility Product Portfolio to the KSA Market

What you will do:
- Identify target segments and define the primary target customer / vehicle application for each product line
- Manage the Product Lifecycle to meet evolving consumer needs, technology developments and competitor landscape
- Maximise mass profit of the portfolio by optimising volume and profit per unit with right cost to value offering and logical grade walks
- Perform regular competitive analysis to recommend Product, Pricing and Offer Strategy for launch and develop countermeasures to address sales performance and stock issues
- Establish close relationships with Head office to secure KSA market voice of the customer and influence decisions that could affect short-, mid- and long-term Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company. set for each project
- Attend Head Office meetings to align on the overall product and brand strategy and ensure maximum influence
- Coordinate with Sales Operations / Demand & Supply team to ensure the desired ordering mix to support the product life cycle strategy.

Requirements

Required skills to be successful:
- Local experience working either in KSA or in a regional office covering KSA market
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Data analysis and research of automotive market capability

About the Team:
This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Product & Pricing

What equips you for the role:
- University Degree (Automotive / Mechanical engineering preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive industry with at least 3 years in Product related roles
- OEM or Major Distributor in KSA is a must incl. KSA automotive market experience
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to use data to build a compelling business case
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of vehicles
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
- Strong decision-making skills with an eye for strategic enhancement of the business.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines
- Advanced project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines
- Experience utilizing pricing tools.
