Job description / Role
The Role
• Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards.
• Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement programs to improve the cost effectiveness of the manufacturing process for the factory.
• Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.
• Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory.
• Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP¡äs) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.
• Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with QAMS, HACCP and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
• Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels, employee performance evaluations, discipline, and employee commendation.
• Responsible for the succession planning and development of plant.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Functional operating experience in large renowned organizations, preferably bottling companies
• At least 7 years or more in Manufacturing applications
• Knowledge in other ERP oracle suite applications is a plus
• Communication skills in English is a must
• Engineering degree will be an advantage
• A strong knowledge of Bottling plant manufacturing operations
