Production Manager (Cement)

Job description / Role

Major Cement company located in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Procudtion Manager with at least 10 years experience. DFor this positon, candidate MUST be located in Saudi Arabia with a Transfearble iqama.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Wide knowledge of the cement industry, its components and different characteristics.
- Comprehensive knowledge with the different steps of the operational process, it’s measuring and fixing tools and the capacity to deal with the indicators, different productive indicators through analyzing them professionally.
- Comprehensive knowledge with the decided standards and characteristics for final product and its quality.
- High capacity in designing standards and measuring tools for the plans and executive programs for the general plan of production.
- Good capacity in designing prediction plans, expected emergencies and the way of dealing with them.
- High capacity in planning and organizing the work’s and follow them as well.
- High capacity in managing the time and meetings professionally.
- High capacity in using effective communication methods with others.
- High capacity in using the negotiation as well as convincing skills.
- Capacity in using the analytical thinking skills.
- High capacity in editing and arranging the technical reports as well as specialized studies.
- High capacity in taking decisions and recognizing the new situations professionally.
- Excellent command of English language.
- High knowledge with the computer applications in the field of work (SAP)
