Develop and successfully run a Training Centre for allied healthcare professional, community healthcare, and post graduate specialist courses based in KSA
This person will define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
He will pursue sales leads and prospective clients, delivering presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing business deals; developing business plans that include marketing strategies; maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and reporting this to key staff; and building and maintaining important client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedic with five to ten years’ experience with proven knowledge of training and educational field, revenue generation, strategy and management experience.
Excellent communication, analytical and financial skills. Personal attributes important to this position consist of strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell, and strong writing and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
