Project Control Manager/Director

Job description / Role

The Project Control Manager/Director will oversee and manage the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget. They will track progress, schedule, cost, document management, QA/QC, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.

Description

* Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure a clear road map for project execution.
* Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently, and implement strategies to address any budgetary deviations.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, implement risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track project progress against milestones, generate regular reports for stakeholders, and communicate key performance indicators to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements

* The successful Project Control Manager/Director will have at least 15 years of experience with a proven track record delivering for large and complex projects in the GCC region (ideally KSA).
* Additionally, they should demonstrate an expertise in planning and delivering projects within scope and budget, as well as excelling in financial management and communication skills.
