Job Description
- Prepare the next day schedules (Transfer Orders) for the team leaders to replace the agreed number of laptops per day.
- Get end users confirmation to be available for the next day replacement, So no waist for the time and efforts of the replacement team.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including inventory records, deployment schedules, and communication logs.
- Update the daily activity achievements report to be shared daily with the Project Manager.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by team leaders or the Computer Technician related to the laptop replacement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions.
- Follow Aramco Security standards and safety rules.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration.
