Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Define project strategies, considering technical feasibility, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and establish contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.

Project Execution and Management:
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address potential environmental impacts associated with the project, implementing appropriate mitigation measures.

Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project expenditures.
- Review and approve project-related contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor project quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management within the petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical processes, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale petrochemical projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards
