Project Director - PMC - Industrial Project

Job description / Role

Required to join an international project management consultancy working on a large industrial project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering this project on behalf of the client. Managing a multi national team they will communicate with the Client s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns. Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents. Develop and/or administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions perform project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate. Oversee all aspects of the day to day management of the construction project monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.

Requirements

A degree in Engineering. 20 + years experience. Previous experience working on major industrial projects leading large multinational, multifaceted teams. You will ideally hold a MSc or PhD, an active membership at ICE or RIBA and PMI. Experience of working in Saudi Arabia is essential.
