Job Description
- Supports PM for delivery of LoB projects (Medium & Mega) and acts as PM as per given delegation.
- Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards.
- Key KPIs include:
Accumulative subordinates PM's KPI's Customer satisfaction & delivery against project spec
- Engages in the pre-sales role and prepares technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
- Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager.
- Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise.
- Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.
- Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
- Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager.
- Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manage
- Make sure that procedures followed and to determine if specified steps were taken to produce documentation as required

- Very good computer skills, i.e.; primavera and/or Microsoft project
Education
- BSC of Engineering with a Specialization in Electronics, Communication or Electrical Engineering
