Project Manager

Job description / Role

Leading European contractor has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Jeddah working on a brand new warehousing / logistics project.

This role is to act as number one on the project representing the client and managing the main contractor on all issues relating to the build project.

You will oversee all issues including program, health & safety, design, quality control, etc. You will also chair meetings between client, consultants and contractor. Manage any issues that arise on site, etc.

You will be managing a multi-national team and be able to travel to other sites in the Middle East / GCC as and when required.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5-10 years experience working for either a project management firm or main contractor during which time you will have been involved with the construction of new warehousing / distribution or logistics facilities.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level although this isn't essential. Previous Middle East experience preferred for this role.

You must be willing to live and work in Jeddah, KSA.
