WSP is looking for a Project Manager - FF&E, OS&E, Plant Nursery to join an ongoing hospitality PMC project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Project Manager - FF&E, OS&E, Plant Nursery you will be responsible for overseeing our FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment), and Plant Nursery projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing projects related to the procurement, installation, and maintenance of FF&E, OS&E, and plant nursery items.

Your new role, what's involved?
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for FF&E, OS&E, and plant nursery projects.
* Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to coordinate project activities effectively.
* Identify suitable suppliers and vendors for FF&E, OS&E, and plant nursery items.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth project operations.
* Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within approved limits.
* Prepare regular progress reports, financial updates, and status summaries for management and stakeholders.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure that all FF&E, OS&E, and nursery items meet the required standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety guidelines during the project lifecycle.
* Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support throughout the project duration.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts.
* Proactively address issues that may arise during the project and take appropriate corrective actions.
* Promote sustainable practices and environmentally friendly solutions in FF&E, OS&E, and plant nursery projects.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience managing FF&E projects from start to finish.
* International hospitality project delivery experience preferred.
* Knowledge of project management processes.
* Strong FF&E and OS&E experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong leadership qualities are essential.
