Job description / Role
Our client is an established KSA based company that specializes in providing Facilities Management Services, including Waste management for Municipal Services. They are currently seeking a Project Manager – for a Municipal Waste Management contract, to join their team. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia and the successful individual will be responsible for delivering municipal services relating to: Waste Management: Fleet management, Refuse collection, segregation and landfill management.
• The successful individual will manage day to day operations, delivered by a team of white and blue collar workers, will be the key client contact and take full P&L responsibility for the project, so stakeholder management is key to this position.
• Ensuring performance targets are met and a high level of efficient customer service is delivered to the client.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Have experience managing teams delivering city/municipal services
• Previous experience in a refuse or waste collection operation
• Have experience managing a large blue collar workforce
• Be commercially astute and have experience in in managing P&L (profit and loss)
• Understand performance based contracts adhering to KPIS and SLAs
