•organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, travel arrangements
•prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
•take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
•set up, maintain, and implement filing and other office systems
•liaison with internal and external contacts and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
•maintain schedules and calendars
•manage incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence
•set up work procedures
•collate information and maintain databases
•communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
•operate office equipment and manage office supplies
- Business degree graduate
- Minimum 5 years relative experience preferably with Saudi Aramco projects
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be fluent in English (written and oral);
- Knowledge of Arabic language (preferred but not necessary)
