Proposal / Bid Manager - Engineering Consultancy

Job description / Role

Required to join an engineering and architectural consultancy in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work with the estimating and commercial team to manage the design, supervision proposal life cycle, editing and submitting the response, asses the risk and opportunity associated with each proposal, reach out to client to ensure all clients’ needs in RFP are meet and counted for in the proposal to ensure a high ratio of work is won.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in Engineering
10 + years working within bid and tenders for engineering consultancies
Good knowledge of commercial and technical proposal process
Experience in the Middle East ideally Saudi Arabia
Able to work under pressure with producing multiple proposals with
Preference given to candidates fluent in Arabic
