Job description / Role
Company: The electrical and lighting division of a UAE Business House.
Responsibilities:
- Arranges visas for visitors and collects from the airport.
- Delivers visa applications to Embassies, follows-up and collects on completion.
- Follows-up on applications for extension of Telecom services and those of electricity & water authorities.
- Should have knowledge about custom clearance from sea ports / air ports.
- Acts as courier for banking transactions.
- Collects mail from PO Box and sorts into trays on return.
- Handles all outgoing mail at Post Office.
- Acts as representative for the Company with Government bodies, Traffic Dept., landlords, utilities companies
- Represents the Company in Court, Ministries, and Police & Hospitals.
- Deals with licences, tenancy contracts, agency registration.
- Visits embassies to obtain visas as required, follows-up and collects on completion.
- Arranges visas for visitors as and when required.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the office of the Group General Manager – Commercial Companies/Group Managing Director.
Salary: 5000 SAR
Requirements
- Saudi National with minimum 5 years in a PRO or similar role with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of visa process.
- Excellent working relationship with local government bodies.
- Excellent knowledge of licenses, tenancy, registration processes.
