*Implementing, coordinating and updating the company Quality System
*Manages the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Company Quality Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP’s)
*Perform and report on internal quality audits of the company quality system, procedures, and processes
*Perform and report on external audits of the company suppliers and subcontractors
*Maintain, review and administer quality system procedures including nonconformance reports, customer feedback, corrective action and preventative action

*BS Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, 10 years in an Industrial Manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior quality management level position; Masters Degree would be an advantage.
*With in-depth knowledge and exposure to quality systems and improvement process in a manufacturing environment, and other Quality Management Systems, e.g. ISO-9001:2000
*Solid analytical skills and the ability to quickly define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and implement creative solutions
*Working knowledge on the technical specifications and components of HVAC products is an advantage
*Strong project management, leadership
*Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills is desirable
*Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet compilations, exposure to Strong negotiation and supplier auditing experience skills
Other Supply Chain experience e.g. logistics inventory management, customer service, sales is desirable.
*Vendor quality management.
*Staff & competency development ensuring pool of leaders in Quality Management.
*Protecting the company's interest and adhering to organization's values/ethics.
