QC Inspector - Mechanical HVAC - Must Have Transferable Iqama

Opportunity to join an expanding contractor in Riyadh as a QC Inspector on Mechanical HVAC across a diverse range of construction projects. Candidate MUST be based in Saudi Arabia on a single status basis with a transferable Iqama

The successful candidate will be familiar with the types of materials to be used during material inspection, knowledgeable to conduct witness and assess acceptable values during HVAC Testing, Adjust and Balancing, excellent exposures in Testing
and Inspections

Salary:
SAR 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following:
• MUST be based in KSA on a single status basis with a transferable Iqama
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer and PRC must be valid
• Minimum of 5 -7 years related work experience in the field of mechanical (HVAC) inspection from diversified construction companies with minimal supervision in Project Construction and Quality Inspections.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Shall be fully conversant with the applicable industry standard and specifications.
• Shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of codes such as
• SMACNA, Uniform Mechanical Code, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE Handbooks
• and/or equivalent standards.
• Knowledgeable in Auto CADD and familiar in an ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage.
