Job description / Role
QHSE Manager – NEOM Area - Remote location – Facilities Management
The Saudi Arabia market is continuing with its 2030 Vision and the Kingdom is already home to some of the most exciting and eye catching developments in the world today.
Our client is an FM company already established in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types. They are currently seeking a QHSE Manager to join their KSA based operation. The successful candidate will be based in the NEOM area and will be required to work single status at company provided accommodation.
Duties will include:
• Raise awareness and inculcate a positive Health & Safety culture across the contract operations.
• Ensure that reporting requirements are fully complied with in a timely manner as per standard requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements / contractual /client requirements.
• Provide technical advice to the operations teams, and overseeing compliance on all contracts
• Monitor and oversee risk assessments and method statements to ensure they are performed as per contract scope of works.
• Attend meetings relating to HSE
• Ensure incident / accident response including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation and subsequent reporting is provided
• Conduct and / or coordinate / facilitate investigation of HSE incidents and appropriate corrective / preventive actions.
• Create HSE related reports
Requirements
Requirements:
• To work single status in a remote location staying in company provided accommodation
• Arabic speaker
• Diploma / Degree with specialization in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS)
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
• Have experience managing and maintain the health and safety policy/Manuel
• Toolbox talks
• Experience in method statements and risk assessments
• Experience in organizing HSE training
