Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World <br><br>Quality Assurance Manager<br><br>Quality Manager will develop, improve, and maintain an organization that ensures the customer's maintenance is performed to the highest possible degree of workmanship and materials using the most efficient methods of inspection and engineering. The Quality Manager ensures compliance with all regulations and policies as appropriate for U.S. Government.<br>- The Quality Manager is responsible deliverables and achievement of customer performance metrics while ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality products. <br>- Is accountable for successfully implementing and maintaining AS9110 and ISO 9001, certifications, and standards. <br>- Compliance across the organization and critical suppliers for the contract to ensure effective quality planning, oversight, compliance, and effective flow down of customer quality and safety requirements. <br>- Works directly with all Quality-operating entities to ensure deployment of effective inspections, process control analyses, internal audits, and quality improvement are conducted per the customer requirements. <br>- Provides expertise and guidance on interpreting policies, governmental regulations, and agency procedures. Liaise between the company and various foreign and domestic government agencies as needed. <br>- Augment the customer's Quality Control Section in coordinating and directing activities between maintenance and supply sections to provide harmonious and effective mission accomplishment. Ensuring the authorized quality plans and programs are properly executed and the Quality Control Officer is kept informed of overall results, conditions, and trends. <br>- Assist the customer's Quality Control Officer in developing, publishing, and implementing sound quality control maintenance procedures for the effective administration, supervision, and operation of the aircraft maintenance activities. <br>- Assist the customer's Quality Control Officer in the preparation of recurring and nonrecurring reports depicting production data. Coordinate the dissemination of appropriate production information throughout the command. <br><br>Minimum Requirements:<br>- Bachelor's Degree <br>- Training Certifications required: ISO 9001, AS9100, or AS9110 Lead Auditor Certifications. <br>- Defense / Aerospace / Aviation maintenance, safety & operations experience. <br>- 10 years of Quality Assurance related work experience. <br>- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills <br><br>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
