Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working with a client who is looking for a Quality Control Manager to work in an expanding Ceramics Factory in Riyadh. The company specialize in providing floor, wall and specifically designed ceramic tiles to both domestic and export markets. Customers in these market include residential, hotels and commercial areas and have the choice of simple to complex applications from plain, marble (matte/glossy) to rustic tiles or intricate-designed 3rd fired ceramic tiles.
The company is also looking to expand their production capacity of 33,000 SQM of daily output to 53,000 SQM, which is one of the reasons that there are looking to add to their staff.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company
• Read blueprints and specifications
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
• Report inspection and test data
Requirements
• Bachelors of Engineering (civil or any related field)
• Nationality: Spain, Italy
• Experience: minimum 14 & above in ceramics manufacturing or production companies
• Gulf experience is preferable
