Quality Management Systems Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Quality Management Systems Manager to join a multidisciplinary Architecture & Engineering consultancy based in Riyadh, KSA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001 qualification across all sectors within the company including IT, HR, Interior Design, MEP, Structures and Architecture etc.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitors QMS and review statistics regarding company performance against set measures
- Ensures that all discipline heads develop and maintain their part of the quality management system
- Audits and monitors the project QMS to determine its continuing suitability and effectiveness
- Suggest and determine where continuous improvements are needed, recommend preventive & corrective action
- Participates in Project Management meetings on issues related to the Project QMS

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must have:

- Degree in Engineering / MEP / Construction
- 15 years industry experience ideally working with Arch/Eng consulting firms
- Further education in Quality Management
- Excellent English communication skills
