WSP is looking for a Quality Manager, who is accountable for ensuring that Quality policies and procedures are effectively embedded across the major project in Makkah, sites and office environments in compliance with local and international rules and regulations

The key objectives of the role will be to:

• Establishing the Quality Roles of all Program Parties and monitoring, reporting on performances.
• Develop and maintain the Programme Quality and Management Plan and all documents associated with the Quality Management System for the Project
• Review Quality Plans and policies for supervision consultants and Contractors.

Role duties will include the following;-

• Provide support to MMRTC organisations involved in the audit of Quality Management System in order to obtain and maintain certifications.
• Carry out audits of third parties on behalf of MMRTC and PMO
• Manage the audit process of the supply chain of MMRTC
• Develop and maintain required documentation for the Project and ensure that requirements are executed through continuous assessment and Internal/External Auditing
• Maintain a current knowledge of Local and International Quality Standards and Regulations.
• Real improvements in the way in which our projects are delivered from a quality perspective
• Identify areas where the business can improve and gaps in the Quality Management System and Project Life Cycle is reduced.

Requirements

In order to meet the challenge you will have the following skills and experience!

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Previous experience in Project Management organizations.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
