PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA
This is a great opportunity to join a leading UK company on a major defence project based from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting the the Head of PMO the main objectives of the Quality Manager will be:
* To Develop, implement and measure the Company’s QA strategy in line with the business plan.
* Co-ordinate the activities required across the business to meet quality standards to current and future standards, including ISO 9001.
* Develop, implement and measure best in class QA processes, procedures and Quality Management Systems, for the Company.
Your main role will be to
* Ensure the Quality plan is cascaded throughout the organisation by providing guidance, training and measurement to deliver success deliver a company wide QA programme to drive continuous improvement
* Develop - Root Cause Analysis methodology, supplier Quality standards, identify training needs, development measurement practices together with corrective actions and compliance with both internal and external stakeholders
* Develop Best Practice throughout the business
Requirements
* Degree Qualified (Engineering or telecommunications ideally)
* Min 5 years working at a similar level within a Quality environment Certified ISO9001
* Experience of ALL aspects of Quality delivery - Audits, QA, QMS, CI, Process Inspection, TQM
* Fluent written & spoken English
* Be Saudi National or UK National ( No other visa available for this role so no other nationalities can be considered)
