Job description / Role
BRITISH, IRISH, OR SOUTH AFRICAN PASSPORT HOLDERS - FOR VISA REASONS..
Carry out the MEP Quantity Surveying duties on the Project and assisting the Commercial Manager and Site Team in all related Commercial and Contractual requirements. To be "Commercially Aware" and to protect the Companies interests in respect of claiming all monies due to works executed, changes, delays, claims, etc.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Khobar Office
Rotation: 12/2
Salary: up to E100k per annum
Nationality preference (in Order): Irish, British, South African
Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, also having a Mechanical engineering degree would be a serious advantage.
Experience: MEP contractor background, multi-discipline estimating, some claims/contracts admin would be of benefit
Requirements
- Bachelor / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP work experience in a Construction Company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English communication skills including, reading, writing and speech.

- Ability to recognise contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Responsiveness to Client's needs
