Job description / Role
• Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of project close out report and submitting it to the client for approval
• Assist in preparing monthly cash flow report statement
• Monitor the work execution plan and the daily activities of constructions.
• Control actual expenditures with budget and ensure completion of work within budgeted cost
• Measure and monitor material costs for projects
• Prepare reports about projected construction costs for clients
• Administer the tendering process for contractors and subcontractors
• Recalculate costs if the design or material changes
• Certify progress claims from contractors
• Manage the payments for contractors and suppliers
• Prepare a statement of final account recording the actual costs of the project
• Prepare feasibility studies
• Analysis the non BOQ items rates.
• Checking the final quantities and approving the quantities of the final bills
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in CIVIL Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in the same position
• Infrastructure projects experience is a MUST
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
