Rail System Integration Manager

Job description / Role

This role supports the Rail Civil and Systems Interface Lead in the management of the Civil Works and Railway Systems elements of the Backbone designs (undertaken by BEC and managed by EPM) and subsequent contractor design and delivery.

· This role provides technical oversight of activities relating to the Rail Civil and Systems Interfaces as well as Systems Interfaces and Configuration.

Requirements

· 20 years’ experience of system integration on major rail and/or infrastructure projects.
· Project experience in a live rail environment.
· Technical knowledge in rail interfaces, System Architecture drawings and System Breakdown Structure.
· Experience in Civils – Civils, System – Civils and System to System interface.
· Experience in requirement management, system engineering and V&V.
· Knowledge in using DOORS.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering
