We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the buying and selling of properties
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the current market trends and property values
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Negotiate on behalf of clients and ensure a fair and honest transaction process
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Stay informed about the latest regulations and best practices in the real estate industry
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and agreements

Salary:
SAR 12000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Familiarity with the legal and financial aspects of property transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
