• Establish routine sales process by separating customer mix, positioning, pricing, and payment schedules based.
• Understand the business line and type of customer’s are required for with the top Management.
• Handling Sales through various channels and create a team who can manage it in future
• Participating in Property expos to promote Projects in and around the Riyadh/KSA.
• Involving in corporate presentation and promotional activities.
• Establishing and Meeting the sales target fixed by the management
• Developed marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference
• Managed pre-sales and post- sales activities to ensure accomplishment of sales targets and drive volumes
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports
• Tracking competition & real estate market movement evolving marketing & sales strategies in-line with current market scenarios driving new initiatives for the region
• Timely handover of all customer related information to the Facility Management team post possession
• Take care of inquiries and perform necessary follow up activities.
• Preparing and maintaining leasing agreements & lease deeds, LOIs surrender of leases & other documents

Requirements

Candidate Must have:

• Great Communication skills.
• A "Go getter" approach toward target and business goals.
• Fabulous negotiating skills.
• Know Basics of accounting principles.
• Good with MS office and other related application.
• Fast learner
• Can influence group of people

Caffe Bene is the largest coffeehouse in South Korea in terms of the number of stores. As of April 24, 2012, Caffe Bene has 760 outlets in South Korea. Caffe Bene made its international debut in New York City in February and opened the second international store in Beijing, China one month later. As of April 26, 2012, Caffe Bene has 3 outlets in China and has signed with 7 countries. As of April 4, 2014, the company counted 945 stores in Korea, 86 stores in the United States, 283 stores in China, 1 store in Canada, 5 stores in Philippines, 5 stores in Indonesia, 4 stores in Saudi Arabia, 2 stores each in Mongolia and Malaysia, and one store each in Cambodia, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam. The total number of stores continues to grow.

Our Expansion:

We have huge expansion plans in the kingdom and opening 20-22 outlets in 2016 in and around Saudi Arabia. With this expansion comes the requirement of manpower for the business extension.
