Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
- Receptionist

Main responsibilities:
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls .
- Ensure reception area and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material (pen, forms, broachers etc ).
- Provide basic and accurate information In-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedure and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook - issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Other task related to facility operation.
- Reporting to: Facility Manager
- Duration: One Year
- Number required: 1
- Probation: 3 Months
- Desired start date: 1-Sep-2018
- Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday

Requirements

- Nature and length of previous experience: 2- 3 Years Experience in Similar Position
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Communication Skills
- Language Fluency: English ,Arabic
- Nationality Preference: Saudi
- Age Range: 22-35
- Current Location: Jeddah
