Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End recruitment;
• Understanding the requirement of the client(s)/hiring Manager and sourcing CVs accordingly;
• Posting job adverts on different platforms and social media;
• Conducting initial interviews and pre-screening;
• Organizing interviews with the Hiring Manager;
• Negotiating salary packages and preparing job offers;
• Preparing CVs in company’s defined format;
• Conducting Reference Checks;
• Ensuring successful mobilization of resources on the work location.

Requirements

Required Qualification:

• Must be a graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Internal Recruiter.
• Expert in CVs’ database mining.
• Must have sound knowledge of sourcing from LinkedIn.
• Experience with Boolean searches, social networking, and cold calling.
• Previous working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems / Web Tools.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, especially Microsoft Word & Excel.

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience in Construction/Civil Engineering recruitment is highly desired.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Good communication (written & oral - English) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in speaking Arabic will be advantageous.
• Good customer service skills.
