Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the planning of all preventive maintenance works.
- Responsible for the functionality of all major equipment in all facilities
- Responsible to train the maintenance technicians and assist them in trouble shooting and difficult repairs
- Accountable for giving the best and most cost effective technical solution for any technical issue in any store.
- To assist in the planning of all preventive maintenance for all facilities
- Ensure that all works are logged in the assigned logbooks and recording all maintenance expenses for all stores
- Responsible for petty cash for needed maintenance works
- Responsible for all credit shop purchases in the region
- Able to take over a new facility from the new store opening team, archiving all technical documents, drawings and warranties
- Plan and budget all needed capex and opex expenses for all facilities (monthly, quarterly and annually) for each year.
- Ensure that all contracted work is completed up to standard and as agreed in the quotation
- Ensure that his team is following the maintenance store walk plan and that the store walks are completed up to standard

Requirements

- Must have the ability to work effectively using maintenance related processes & SOP
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Excellent observation skills
- Strong problem detection abilities
- 3-7 years experience in Maintenance
- Bachelors / higher diploma in electrical or Mechanical engineering
- English and Arabic language (Written & Spoken)
- Valid Saudi Driving license
- Computer skills (word processing, outlook, and spreadsheets)

And another big step in the expansion plan was achieved when Panda opened it hypermarket in Egypt in the year of 2015. These big steps have raised Panda share in the retail sector from 7% to more than 8%. Today Panda is the largest food retailer in the Middle East owns more than 400 branch of panda Super, Panda Hyper and Pandati in Saudi Arabia & Egypt making it the largest retail company that offering its services to more than 400 million visitors annually.
