Regional Manager - Service Centers - Consumer Electronics - Saudi National

Exciting position to join one of the largest retailer and distribution clients in the GCC region working with some leading Consumer Electronics and Telecoms brands based in KSA.

This company needs someone to manage the entire Customer Care and Service business unit. This will involve extensive supplier and aftersales management, strong quality and productivity skills, efficient process improvement and relationship management and customer care.

You will have full management responsibility including P&L and interact with your own technician teams in two or three regional locations as well as external stakeholders such as the principle brands and supply chain.

It’s a very important role for the company and will provide an competitive salary and career progression.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge and experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics or Mobile Devices
- Aftersales, Customer Service & Care or Operations experience
- Profit & Loss (PnL) experience
- Management of direct reports and internal and external stakeholders
- Supply Chain experience
- Experience of SLA's or performance indicators for maximum efficiency
