In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.

A day in the life of a Medical Visit Manager

Your key objective is to implements medical visit team strategy at regional level and manages a team of medical representatives in the eastern territory of KSA. You will

Manage and drive the team in line with medical detailing’s strategy of excellence by
-Organizing, coordinating, managing and motivating the team to deliver
-Guiding professional development, monitoring of medical representatives: continuous assessment of scientific, product and regulatory knowledge and proficiency in communication techniques and tools (Veeva / CRM/CLM platform)
-Monitoring and driving the team action plans.

Developing local medical partnerships
- Identify local KOLs & monitor professional relations with them.
- Coordinate organization of, and participation in congresses and symposia in the scoop

Enhance the image and increase the prescription and recommendation of the brands
-Develop partnerships with health establishments, KOLs and local patient associations
-Represent the brand/Division at every contact opportunity with health professionals (congresses and events) and make sure they are followed up
-Ensure inclusion on establishments’ approved product list and participate in calls for tender
-Ensure synergy with commercial teams to improve sell-out
Manage administrative and reporting tasks.
-Organize and optimize visit planning
-Prepare visits and carry out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting

Requirements

You Have
-Pharmacist Degree .
-Minimum 5 years experience in sales role in KSA .
-Minimum 2 years with management experience .
-Dermatology experience is preferred .
-Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet & exceed expectations and goals .
-Prior experience as FLM in pharmaceutical or equivalent experience in leading & managing high performing teams is required .
-Computer skills in PowerPoint & Excel is must .
