Our Client Middle East North Africa region is recognized as a dynamic, fast growing Emerging Market cluster comprising 24 countries, with its regional headquarters located in Dubai, alongside a new manufacturing site at Jebel Ali. Our Client also has Sales Offices located in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman and Beirut and is expanding its footprint within Gulf to include KSA this year.

Our Clients are responsible for developing, marketing and selling products, applications and solutions in the water, wastewater markets across the four growth centers the transport, treatment, dewatering, and applied water systems, across the region. Their portfolio products serve mostly the Municipal, Infrastructure, Building services and Industry markets for applications of Pumping, Treatment, Mixing, Aeration, Disinfection and Filtration of various qualities of water and liquids.

As a Regional Sales manager you will be based in our clients partner’s offices in KSA with responsibility for the Saudi Arabian market.

You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through the promotion of branded products to a variety of customers within the commercial building services markets. Other core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities.

You will supervise the sales team’s daily performance or target and follow up on new or used sales achievements and taking part in casual transactions.
Responsible for supervising the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
You will also work in coaching / mentoring the members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for future growth.
Implement marketing campaigns and product launch strategies; ensure that all business process standards are observed; oversee the activities of the sales team to ensure their activities abide by the company’s policies andprocedures; and execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the sales team and back office team.

You will manage the branch and its staff, running its day to day operations and performing administrative tasks if needed. This includes, but not limited to: processing or coordinating paperwork related to the company registration, and employment documentation and needs of the staff such as visas, Iqamas and other related items.

Requirements

You should have a technical education, preferably bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with additional studies in economics, sales or marketing with a minimum of 7- 10 years years of related experience in the water and wastewater market.

It will also be essential to have experience in the pumping or adjacent industry with a strong technical knowledge combined with distributor / sales force development experience and management experience.

You should also have 5 years of management experience, and should experience in managing administrative staff

Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken, is highly essential for this role.
