Regional Technical Representative - KSA

There is an opportunity for those interested to apply for the position of "Regional Technical Representative" in Saudi Arabia. The position is office based and non-rotational with day to day tasks including, for example:

• Visiting local projects within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to support the projects technically and liaise between OES inspections teams, the client representative and OES Operations.
• Become a focal point for regional technical support to clients and inspection personnel.
• Visit clients to discuss technical requirements, discuss work-scopes, schedules, technical feedback on jobs, and so forth.
• Delivering reports to clients, when possible, to review the jobs face-to-face, discuss findings and suggest plans for rectification.
• Ensure scopes of work match local and regional client requirements.
• Proofreading of inspection reports.
• Carry out pre job technical briefings with inspection personnel.
• Monitor and review daily progress of regional projects.

Requirements

The following experience/qualifications are desirable:

• 3 years’ experience in:
- Lifting gear inspection
- Dropped object inspection
- Derrick inspection
- Drilling handling equipment inspection
- Crane inspection
• LEEA qualification
• Microsoft Office
