Overview

Haradh Gas Plant is looking to hire an Reliability to join the plant to work within Maintenance.

HdGP was brought on stream in 2002. The plant current processing capacity is 1.95 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of associated gas. The plant products are HC condensate, Sales Gas and Liquid Sulfur.

You will work as technical support engineer, developing Engineering design packages, participate in plant trip troubleshooting and investigation, review project documentations.
- Development of Young Enginee r s

The experience engineer will help to develop and coordinate maintenance programs, procedures and systems throughout the Maintenance activities and appraises the effectiveness of their application. Currently, the unit depends on young PDPs to serve the unit needs as there is no experienced rotating equipment or reliability engineers. This experienced expatriate engineer will help in monitoring, analyzing, inspecting and troubleshooting rotating and critical plant equipment safely and timely. Also, it will help in mentoring and developing young engineers. Approving this slot for hiring will ensure the continuity of high level of the provided mentorship and training for the young graduates.
- Deployment of New Programs and Best Practices

Repetitive equipment shutdown and failures are occurring frequently as the plant become older and the demand for gas increases. The rolls and responsibilities of Reliability & Technical Support Unit is expanding as there are several initiatives and best practices are being deployed. Hiring experience maintenance engineer will help in Total Plant Reliability Management (TPRM), PMO2000 and Assist Performance Management (APM) programs.

Duties Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to reduce repetitive failures of rotating equipment in addition of supporting plant maintenance activities implanting reliability program to improve plant performance.
- Coordinates maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force.
- Plans assigned T&Is field-wide, analyses and sequences all work requests; estimates required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime. Assures that all details of material and equipment are available at jobsite. On major T&Is, he may direct one or more Maintenance Engineer III in accomplishing this phase of the work.
- Execute the actual work during a T&I period, coordinates activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the execution of the work. Incumbent may act as the day shift coordinator on T&Is or direct the activities of one or more Maintenance Engineer III's assigned to this phase of the work.
- Report to concerned Maintenance Supervisor on quality and quantity of workmanship and adherence to standards by Maintenance Engineer III and craftsmen within his assigned areas and recommends improved work methods. Reports on deviation from approved schedules and assists in the correction of such deviations
- Review Project Proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design.
- Coordinate maintenance work between Maintenance Divisions when services from various divisions are required.
- Perform special assignments as directed, utilizing his engineering knowledge and experience. Such assignments may include work direction to one or more Maintenance Engineer III's. Application of Maintenance Engineer when specializing in Digital Maintenance Engineering Performs engineering analysis of real time, process control digital systems in central operations facilities to aid in fault diagnosis. Evaluates
- Maintenance activity on digital systems. Provides professional level expertise to the solution of complex hardware problems. Responsible, under the general direction of Superintendent in assigned Maintenance Division and with work direction from maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

- The successful candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. In addition, the candidate should be certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and TapRooT Analyst. Also, the candidate should be good spoken and written of English language.
