The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Reporting to PMO Director lead the PMO reporting team on setting up the programme reporting framework.Establish program reporting process including requirements, cadence, and formats.
• Develop and implement standard procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
• Coordinate the PMO functions around the reporting calendar and contractual deliverables, centralise the reporting effort to ensure the contractual commitments are delivered.
• Manage stakeholders (both internally and externally) to ensure the successful delivery of the reporting function.
• Manage quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
• Manage the performance of direct reports in the Reporting team.
• Coordinate the reporting process with other functional leads.
• Manage the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
• Organise and facilitate the governance meetings.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

Having 20+ years of relevant experience, with a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You’ll also have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
