We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and service-oriented Reservations Manager to join the team at Banyan Tree Al Ula, and if you are a passionate Reservations Manager looking to develop within an amazing Luxury Brand, then we are looking for you

What you will be doing:

- Drive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve hotel targets
- Maximise revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets
- Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis and all aspects of competitor intelligence
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with other department heads and key stakeholders and maintain communications
- Passion for Indigenous Engagement and seeing positive outcomes for the local community and artists.
- Professionalism, time management and high organisation skills
- Prepare Group and Conference folders and brief departments as required for large events
- Manage group reservations ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximise efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates.
- Monitor occupancy for upcoming weeks, balancing inventory where required to ensure maximum availability.
- Excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to converse with all cultures.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Proven Reservations and Revenue Management Experience
- A strong understanding of reservations management principles
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships through all levels of the organisation
- Challenge and influence strategy and identify new opportunities
- Confidence in communication and presenting data
- Ability to motivate, educate and drive the revenue culture within our region
