• Exciting opportunity as a Residential & Social Infrastructure Development Director to join a top-tier real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia.
• As Development Director you will be involved in the full life cycle of the project and some key responsibilities include: Project planning and strategy, execution and project management, regulatory compliance and sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing the development of residential and social infrastructure projects
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles
• Strong project management skills
