Job description / Role

- Nationality: Citizen or Expat with Transferable Iqama within KSA

Successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Achieving all restaurant human resource objectives agreed on with Managing Partners, including:
- Staff recruiting and development
- Shift Management
- Develop Staff Metrics for Performance Evaluation
Achieving restaurant financial and operational objectives by:
- Meeting sales and expense targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing experience
- Enforce quality and municipality standards, and preparing progress reports
- Report areas of weakness and develop action plans to improve
- Develop and implement menu changes
Requirements
- Previous experience required: 7+ years in restaurant and hospitality industry
- Language Fluency: English and Arabic
- Applicant Location: Saudi Arabia with Transferrable Visa
- University Qualifications: Diploma or higher

- Generate P&L reports & Analyze COGS/Operational trends
