As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be accountable for achievement of retail sales and operational efficiencies. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are essential for the role. The goal is to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.

• You will support the in-store teams and will be responsible for coaching and development of the retail staff to ensure the stores’ standards and profitability.
• The role requires an individual who will take initiative to improve business operations.
• You should possess an ability to manage multiple projects and you will be involved in opening of the new stores within the region.
• You will be involved in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting and you will ensure all the designated stores will meet or exceed the given targets and KPIs.
• Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to ensure they meet set objectives
• Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele.
• Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
• Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals.
• Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.


• Bachelors OR Masters in Marketing, Retail Operations, Business management OR relevant discipline.
• 7 years' Retail management. Working knowledge in SAP - ERP system (preferred) Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills
• The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of working with a high level of autonomy.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
