Job description / Role
• Manage and administration of notifications, alarms, Account View, Subscriber View, Rule Management, Reports, Audit Log.
• Monitoring receiving all call / usage records from mediation and network elements, capture as per defined process and conduct all quality checks on the data feeds, developing / modifications of scripts for CDR Pulling polling.
• Testing of CDRs from mediation and Network Elements for new Network Elements and Upgrades. Applying new rules, filtering and fine tune the existing rules.
• Monitor all processes are running, all data Feed are coming properly and parsing is done. And ensure to clear the backlogs for normal processing.
• Monitor and analyze Suspended records and perform recycling with emphasis on root cause analysis.
• Ensure that the events are rated and bundled as per the approved / published rates.
• Monitor and Communicate the RA & FMS KPI's as per agreed process.
• Ensure dumps needed by RA & FMS systems are sent on time as per the requirements of the RA & FMS policy approved by Customer
Requirements
• First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum (5-8) years on management of Subex Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management.
