Job description / Role
- To manage and coordinate sales operations (internally & externally), marketing activities and promotional programs to maximize the performance of the company.
- To ensure achievement /exceeding of sales target as part of company total target.
- To develop & strengthen business relations with clients to insure fulfillment of mutual agreed targets.
- Participate in product development as per the market need.
- Employ the required resources to fulfill the market demand.
Education: Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics engineering
Experience: Minimum of 7 to10 year’s sales management experience. In the same field (industrial automation).
Special Skills: Very good knowledge of English (speaking, writing & reading) & Excellent product knowledge. Management skills.
Other: Excellent sales record in previous companies / very good sales and marketing plans for immediate execution.
