Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
About the Client:
A well-known food manufacturing company that specializes on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa
Job Description:
- Receive customer orders / enquiries by means of e-mail, fax, and phone; review the enquiries and/or LPOs to make sure that all required information has been provided
- Coordinate with logistics to make sure that all deliveries have been dispatched including urgent deliveries if any
- Check the daily out of stock situation which fails to meet the customers’ orders and inform to the sales team
- Fill-up customer complaint form in lieu with product complain receives from the customer and then forwards it to Quality Department for corrective / preventive action plan
- Prepare and analyze the monthly sales report and KPIs and present to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Open to Arabic speakers
- Male, 32 years old and below
- At least 2 years experience in FMCG food stuff company
- Preferably with driving license and own car
- Must have a transferable iqama
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
