Role Summary:

- Customer facing staff responsible for engines and services sales to Aviation customers

Essential Responsibilities:

- Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
- Develops sales Campaign strategy for products and services with a long term perspective.
- Leads business development planning processes for this market.
- Develop Knowledge to deal with complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge relevant to the environment where the products or systems will be used.
- Establish intimate knowledge of desired customer outcomes to drive alignment of products and systems to be more customer specific
- work closely with deal management teams involving commercial operations, engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Sales Origination or customer support in the Aviation sector

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established sales management skills.
