Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a leading FMCG company in KSA.
As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets. In charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility, and records management. Agreeing on annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan of monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue, profits, and cash. Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis. Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Daily contact with clients. Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency. You will build professional relationships with staff and clients. Always Maintaining a good image of the organization. Set sales strategy, align the sales structure with the strategy, manage people and implement the process.
To be successful you would ideally possess 15+ years of experience as a Sales Head. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferably a master's degree). A postgraduate degree in sales, finance, or similar is also acceptable. A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn. Good people-management skills.
