A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a global consumer good business known for being a major player within its industry for more than a century. They are seeking a high-calibre and ambitious Sales Manager to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia.

It is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is natural leader and who is deeply passionate about sales. This will give you the opportunity to succeed in a major expansion mission by efficiently achieving these accountabilities:

- Drive the strategy and sales across the designated region
- Have full P&L Responsibility
- Manage the different partners for the territory
- Support the Distributor in all areas i.e. training, market activity, analysis
- Identify new opportunities for the organizations
- Launch specific product to the market to exploit new opportunities

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience within a consumer goods company, preferably handling the tobacco sector
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi tobacco market
- A degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
