Job description / Role
A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Designing and implementing effective strategies aligned with the cross-functional team to meet business goals and product objectives.
- Responsible for the provision of technical and scientific support for assigned portfolio across the Kingdom.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the assigned team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Foster collaboration within the team and other functions.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field. A Business School degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a pharmaceutical company of which 3+ years of people management experience.
- Must have an experience in specialty line or cardiovascular.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, dynamics, and trends.
- Strong leadership skills to manage employees across the kingdom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
