Job description / Role
Kinetic is working with a growing Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for preparing the country's growth strategic plan including customers, suppliers, and products
- Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget via ERP reporting
- Identifying new prospective principals and products for growing sales into existing / new customers.
- Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget and reporting competitor's analysis
- Retaining credibility with all principals and customers with consistent communication
- Ensure to follow QHSE policy, ERP processes, and local company operations are regulated under the company and in line with legal compliances.
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidate willing to be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (Pharmacy/ Chemistry/Medicine) or related field.
- More than 10 years of experience working in sales/ business development of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
- B2B experience is a must; Must understand the concept of market development.
- Expert negotiation and persuasive ability.
- Excellent organizational skills and well-developed record of successful Key Account relationship management.
- Strong Communication skills; Business fluent in English and Arabic, in its oral and written form.
