Job description / Role
Saudi Arabia's finest real estate developer with international presence is seeking out female Sales Manager for its Jeddah Office.
Reporting to: Director of Sales
Subordinates: Assistant Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Relationship Managers
Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales squad.
• Responsible for hiring and training of subordinates.
• Monitoring the administrative functions.
• Maintain client relationships.
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Fuel surcharge, Additional surcharges for maintaining client relationships
Requirements
• The applying candidates should be females, having minimum 3 years of sales experience at Managerial level, into any of the following industries: Life Insurance, Mortgage, Real Estate.
• The candidates should be preferably based in Jeddah, or ready to move there.
